A new and exhilarating program that combines standing pilates, boxing, and dance. Interval training and floor work is done. This is a great cardio workout that tones up all muscles.

*Teen/Adult Dance Fitness*
Stretch and strengthen your body through a fun new kind of dance class. Includes: strength training your arms and legs using your own body weight and core abdominal work. Each week learn a dance combination or a continuing dance routine ranging from styles of hip-hop to modern. All levels of experience for ages 11 & older. No recital/competition or costumes to buy.
Want to stay fit and learn ballroom dancing? Each month learn a style of ballroom dancing: Swing, Cha Cha, Rhumba, Waltz, Etc. This class is taught both by Pam Julian (Studio trained competitive ballroom dancer) & Marie. Class Format: warm-up, learn the dance, beginner ab work, & conclude with stretching. March: East Coast Swing!
*Beginner Adult Tap Dance*
Ever wanted to try out tap dancing? This class is will emphasize on the basics of tap dancing, balance, and shifting body weight. We will learn various combinations and steps. For ages 14 & older. Please provide your own tap shoes (if you don’t have them in time wear clean comfortable shoes)

This class will focus on whole body awareness, breathing, balance, and mindful movement in a calming atmosphere. Beginner Tai Chi and Pilates combine to tone core muscles and help correct posture.
A combination of yoga and pilates. This class will help focus on strengthening and toning your whole body, breathing techinques, and will work on flexibilty.
A yoga class that is done in a warm temperature. The heat relaxes your muscles allowing for a deeper stretch. Please wear layers and be mindful to keep yourself hydrated before, during, and after class.
Basic Tai Chi class, for the beginner. Learn breathing, relaxing, and balance techinques. You will also learn the 7 step and qi gong movements.
Yoga with Mary
Mary will bring you through movement to stretch. She will help you to strengthen and challenge your entire body. Modifications are taught. Meditation and breathing techniques are also included.
Learn the basic yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Modified stretching techniques using a chair for support. Abdominal toning and relaxation is taught. Balance is worked on.
Strength & Stretch
Learn how to strengthen your bones and muscles using Free weights, Body bars, Bands, tubing and more for this over load training. Stretching at the end of class.
Start me up (Fitness/Strength)
A great start to learn how to work out or stretch properly. Education on basic anatomy.
Cardio, strength, training, flexiblity, and breathing are taught in these fun, upbeat classes.
Belly Dance (troupe)
Learn dance routines, work with veils, scarves, canes, zills, and your body.
Not flexible at all? Flexible but not sure how to properly feel a good stretch? This is a perfect class for you! A great class to learn how to stretch properly.
