Mary will bring you through movement to stretch and strengthen your entire body.  Meditation and breathing techniques are also included!
 
Alternative Stretching
Moving through a series of stretching movements utilizing your self,bosu's,exercise balls ,or blocks.
 
Sit & Stretch
Modified stretching techniques using a chair for support. Abdominal toning and relaxation is taught.
 
Strength
Free weights , Body bars, Bands,tubing and more are used for over load training. Strengthen bones and muscles.
 
Mind & Body Awareness
Meditations to help you release and forgive old thoughts that are no longer useful in your life, Understanding anatomy that could help you feel better ,managing the clutter in your minds/house, Tips to help you control your eating and much more.(topics vary weekly)

 Start Me Up (Fitness /Stretching)
A great start to learn how to work out or stretch properly. Education on basic anatomy. Cardio,Strength,Training,Flexiblity,Breathing and Fun is in this class.
 
 
 Belly Dance
30 min. of basic dance moves with muscular resistance work. Balance training on Bosu's, foam rollers. 30 min. of learning bellydance routines.
