~90 minute workout ~
This class will have it all!! Cardio, strength training, ab work and yoga/stretching. This class will include the use of weights, body bars, flex bars, tubes, bosu, fitness balls and more.
~Yoga ~
Yoga offers the benefits of strength, flexibility, meditation and balance. We combine traditional yoga
poses and routines, like the sun salutation. Class is a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself
for an hour while building, toning, and stretching your muscles and connecting your body and mind.
Chair yoga is a great class for beginners. Advanced people will also enjoy the deeper stretch
they get when they are not focusing so much on balance as in a regular yoga class. Chairs
are used as an apparatus . We sit, kneel, step, lean, and utilize the chair for support.
The sun salutation is done using the chair for support. Abdominal strengthening
work is also incorporated into class.
Dress comfortably and preferably in layers.
Partner Yoga - Hatha Yoga poses using a partner....you can bring a buddy or you will be paired up in class
~ Belly Dancing ~
Advanced Belly Dancing - These classes will get your heart rate up strengthen your muscles through belly dance moves...Shake & Shimmy your stress away!!!! Veil work .... Choreographed routines and learning stage presence for performing.
Learn zils, double veils and cane work.
Beginner Belly Dance - 30 minute class...great for those wanting to learn basic moves..lots of fun!!!
Intermediate Belly Dance - 40 min class .....learn basic moves & simple routines....veil work
~ Cardio, Yoga & Abs~
Cardio low impact (high if you choose). Classes may include the use of the following........ Bosu, Gliding Discs & Fitness Balls. Also some Ab work . Yoga will be integrated through out the class...
~ Strength & Stretch ~
Class involves a wide variety of movement involving strength training with the use of weights, body bars, flex bars, tubes, bosu, fitness balls and more. Ab work and stretching are also incorporated into the class.
ALL levels of fitness are welcome.
~ Fat to Fit ~
This class is for people who are not presently working out. Education on how to work out safely for the new you!!!
