As part of a public health partnership to reduce falls among older adults in Northeast CT, Marie's Fitness & Massage Center LLC is launching an evidence-based program called Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance, This program is designed to improve balance and is shown to reduce the risk of falling for older adults. Learn more about NDDH's educational and entertaining fall prevention presentation. It's packed with great information and practical tips to keep you vertical. Everyone is welcome to attend!
PRE-TEEN/TEEN DANCE & FITNESS
Pre-Teen/Teen Dance & Fitness
(Ages 10-18) This class promotes body awareness & fun movement for preteens and teens! Students will learn how to properly do exercise moves (pushups, planks, squats, etc) as well as learning dance combinations each week in various styles (jazz, lyrical, hip hop). Various class activities include: Cardio, Strength Training, Obstacle Courses, Agility Ladder, Dance Techniques, Games, Stretching, Hand-Eye Coordination, and more! All levels of fitness & dance welcome.

Mondays 6:00pm-7:00pm This is a great class for those new to fitness or anyone wanting to start exercising again. Students learn proper form while working on toning and muscular training from head to toe.
