Please Review the Follow Procedures:
- All monthly payments will be due the first class of each
month
-Sign up for all fitness classes required to ensure a spot.
-Classes utilizing the Weight Room have a limited number
of spots available. Classes fill up quicky.
-Only CLEAN shoes are allowed in fitness rooms
-Please no perfumes / strong scents

-If you are feeling ill or have been in contact with someone
who is, has been, or may be ill, please stay home. If you
miss a class, you have the option to make it up within that
same month, but need to inquire if there is space available
in class before walking in.

Class Descriptions


Start me up!
A fun, upbeat class with modified cardio, strength training, and stretching. Class includes balance, posture, and basic anatomy education. Great class for beginners and anyone wanting to start moving again. ​
Wellness workout
Consists of a weigh in, 30-minute workout, 10-minute stretch, and 15-minute nutrition topic and meditation.
Basic stretch
A great casual class to learn how to stretch properly. This is NOT a yoga class.  This  is a fun way to learn what stretching and breathing is all about.
B-Fitness
Explore basic ballet moves to improve strength and balance. Learn to elongate your body while gaining flexibility. No previous dance experience necessary.  (Attire: Comfortable clothes, shoes optional)
Fall Prevention Fitness
Gentle strength training to improve posture, stability, and balance. Learn techniques to get off the floor and methods to prevent falls.
YOGA
Learn Hatha yoga poses for all levels. Each teacher will bring you through movement to stretch. Strengthen and challenge your entire body. Modifications are taught. Meditation and breathing techniques are also included with each Yoga class.
chair Yoga 
​Modified stretching techniques using a chair for support. Abdominal toning and relaxation is taught. Balance is worked on. ​​​
TAI Chi/Qi gong
Warm up with Qi Gong movements Learn the basic 7 step. Continuing with 8 step , 10 step.  We learn non traditional routines put to music creating Tai Chi Dance.
Leave feeling very relaxed and grounded.

Chair Yoga Plus
A little more than chair yoga but not as hard as a traditional yoga class. This is a good intermediate class.
Tai Chi / Pilates
This class is broken into 30 minutes of Tai & Chi and 30 minutes of Pilates. Learn basic Tai Chi moves, the 7 step and 8 step as well as wall and floor Pilates.
Tiny Tap Dancers
Ages 3+ Tap dancing for toddlers includes learning basic tap moves, exploring various rhythms, and freestyle dancing. Great for coordination, balancing, and making LOTS of fun noise!
Kids dance 
Class is geared towards ages 8+ but younger students are welcome! No prior experience necessary. Students will learn beginner moves from various styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Class will also work on learning a continuous routine from week to week. Obstacle courses, games, and movement exploration are included. Students can wear comfortable clothing and are welcome to dance barefoot, wear socks, or ballet/jazz shoes.  

TOTAL Workout 
A full body workout in a class that is wonderfully challenging.
Cardio and Strength training is incorporated with the use of weights, gliding discs, Bosu , body bars, tubes, and more. A variety of Circuit, H.I.I.T. , and Pyramid are just a few techniques you will experience.
Beginner Weight Training
This  is a great class for those new to fitness. Students learn proper form using weight equipment. Modifications  are given to each student and basic anatomy is  discussed.
Cardio Buffet
Pump up the cardio with a class that changes weekly.  An optimal mix of strength conditioning, functional  and fun moves. Equipment that may be used include BOSU / Step, Stability Balls, Slastix, Gliding discs, etc.  There will be low impact movements, kick box and sport moves too!  
Muscular Endurance
Train your muscles to gain endurance with high repetitions. Tone your body while getting a mild cardio workout at the same time.
Tone & Strengthen
Work out with tubes, bars, gliding discs, and more to tone up all muscle groups. Class incorporates a variety of moves each week to add fun to the workout.
Belly Dance workout
Have a blast by moving with basic belly dancing moves.  Belly dancing is low impact that targets the entire body. Learn how to isolate, undulate, pop, and shimmy your body. Stretching at the end of class. FUN, FUN, FUN! Great for beginners! ​
Belly Dance Troupe
In this class we learn choreographed routines, stage presence, and blocking.    Class works on belly dancing techniques and uses veils, fan veils, scarf, cane, and zills.
Beginner Contemporary & Ballet
*For Adults & Kids ages 12+ but younger students are welcome! Contemporary & Ballet Dance combines lyrical, modern, jazz, and ballet dance styles. Students will learn basic ballet moves and technique. Class will also learn an ongoing routine each week. Students can wear comfortable clothing and are welcome to dance barefoot, wear socks, or ballet/jazz shoes.  
Swing & Latin Social Dancing

Ballroom for all! No partner or experience necessary. Basic techniques for rhythm  dances , such as swing, salsa, cha cha, rumba. Other dances will be explored .
Tap I & II (Back to basics tap) 
Beginner tap dancers will learn the basics of tap dancing while intermediate tap dancers will work on enhancing their tap technique with a focus on clear and precise sounds. This class helps to strengthen lower body, increase ankle flexibility, and improve balance. Class will learn an ongoing routine each week to practice their newfound skills. 


Tap II & III
For advance beginners & intermediate tappers. This class is taught at a quick pace and works on clean sounds, footwork, and speed. Class focuses on combinations & choreography.
Beginner kids Tap Dance
For ages 7+ Tap dancing is great for working on balance, coordination, and rhythm. Classes focus on learning basic beginner tap moves and incorporating them into combinations.

When do classes start each month?
Classes start on the 1st of the month, no matter the day of the week. ​
What to Wear?
Comfy, easily movable clothes. Wear layers.  Clean sneakers/shoes to workout in.
No street shoes allowed in fitness or massage rooms.
What to Bring?
Water or other fluids. Bring your own or purchase a water here for $1.00
Our Facility:
Rooms are equipped with heat, AC, and fans. 
Facility has a several bathrooms.
Do you offer any classes for kids?
There are various classes for kids offered throughout the year.
Is Child Care Available?
We do not offer child care at our facility.  ​
