A variety of 5-30 minute mini classes in the comfort of your own home.

Watch any time and as many times as you'd like!

With 80+ videos to choose from, there is something for everyone.

To sign up for online classes, please fill out the registration form below

Your invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Once payment has been confirmed, you will have access to online classes starting the 2nd of the month and ending on the last day of the month. You may register at any time before or during the month. All content will be available from the 2nd of the month-the end - For example: September 2-30- regardless of when you sign up.
